Can I pick up products from your office?
Currently onsite collection is unavailable due to the COVID-19 safety measures.
How do I open an account?
You will need to complete a credit application to open an account, please contact Customer Service on (03) 9761 4226 or 1300 872 224 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I place an order?
Once you have opened an account you will be able to access our online order program by requesting log in details from Customer Service. You can also place an order over the phone on 9761 4226 or fax to 9761 4227 or email to email@example.com
Can I access your online order program without opening an account?
No you must first open an account to access the online order program.
When will I receive my order?
For metropolitan areas your order will be delivered next day if it is placed by 12.00pm. For other areas please see terms and conditions or contact Customer Service for more information.
Will I pay a delivery fee?
Delivery charges will apply if minimum order requirements are not reached. See details below:
For metro deliveries there is a shipping fee of $25 for orders under $100. Orders over $100 will receive free delivery.
For regional deliveries there is a shipping fee of $50 for orders under $200. Orders over $200 will receive free delivery.
What if I can’t find the product or size that I am looking for?
Customer Service will be happy to assist with your enquiry and will source the product for you if required.
